Just wanted to provide a bit of feedback on HDS’s report (Please see attached). They provide a detailed account of the alleged defects and provide a list of recommended works, SOR priced and provide a well formatted selection of photographs as evidence. Looking at the invoice they also provided, they offer value for money too when it comes to getting reports completed using this method.
