Fitness for Human Habitation (FfHH) Surveys

Our FfHH survey evaluates whether a property aligns with the standards set out by the Homes Act 2018 (which amended the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985) and if it is Fit for Human Habitation.

We inspect the property to provide a thorough assessment against the list of 29 hazards identified by the HHSRS system, such as damp, heating, structural integrity, sanitation and pest control.

Standard survey

Our MRICS team will provide a clear, concise and detailed report, with photographic evidence and the surveyor’s recommendations.

Remote survey

We offer our clients our remote survey service, working directly with the tenant or homeowner.

We will liaise with the occupier to obtain all necessary meter readings and photographic evidence in a controlled, safe and convenient way.

  • A remote damp meter inspection
  • A Part 35 compliant report
  • A quick and efficient turnaround time

Express survey

A survey designed for emergency cases where assistance is required rapidly.

Our Express survey includes:

  • Visits within 48 hours
