David is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with more than two decades of experience in residential and commercial property, spanning the private and public sectors.

With expertise in asset management, real estate and housing condition surveys, he has contributed significantly as an Expert Witness for claimants and defendants.

Combined with his property data management, analytical, commercial and strategic skills, David is also adept at assisting landlords in understanding their assets and any data they may require.

Diana qualified as a Chartered Surveyor over 30 years ago and has experience in all aspects of commercial property, including representing clients at Tribunal Hearings. Diana is responsible for the quality control of all disrepair reports to ensure our high standards are always met and reporting deadlines are achieved.

Nikki works within the Reports Admin team and has vast experience in administration. She has high attention to detail and quality, and ensures that our report deadlines are always met. Nikki is responsible for joint statements, Court Orders and processing queries. A former teacher, Nikki has a passion for organisation and will always go above and beyond to ensure processes are completed on time.

Sharon proactively organises Credit Management. She is a qualified member of the Institute of Credit Management (AICM), the Institute of Administrative Management (FInstAM), and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Being a disabled individual, her mission is to encourage and promote Home Based working, especially for those with disabilities.

Adam – Software /IT

Adam is a surveyor which has helped him design our bespoke software system to ensure the reports are of the highest quality. He provides ongoing software support so our tech side operates faultlessly.
